Artists Speak on the Creative Process

November 16, 2007

Artist interviews give the rest of us art enthusiasts as chance to compare our creative thoughts and behavior with those of artists. Artists in several media have had some good interviews recently. I personally appreciate an artist who can not only talk about their work and its process, but who become candid on the parts of their experience that are not commonplace.

Artists interviews below have the kind of interest that’s of value for art enthusiasts or even other artists, especially for newer emerging artists. It’ also good to know an artist’s take on the contemporary art market.

Sander Steins – Digital Art

Greg Smith – Mobiles

Lorraine Huber – Painting

Ariel – Collage

Peter Reginato – Sculpture

Shawn McNulty – Painting

Anne Stahl – Painting

Lynne Taetzsch – Painting

Nora Ness – Photography

I am always looking for artists interested in showcasing their work on this blog. So, if you have a portfolio and you can stand ome publicity please send me an email. I write here and other places as well. And if you are a fellow art blogger get in touch if you have any ideas for collaborative projects.
